Our website was down since 10 December 2009, whereas the cpanel et ftp address were still accessible thanks God. Then we could back up our CMS and migrate the website to a new server with a real 24/7 service.



Seems that they do not reply to any e-mail, fax, phone anymore. Either the service is terrible or they are not in business anymore. For a similar problem in February 2009 same lethargy, until the service came back all by itself! This time, it seems that there is little hope. We have to rate 1 star, if it would be possible rating is ZERO.



Do back up all your data and SQL and migrate if still possible.
