“I saw lots of bad reviews of phones 4u. But three...”

I saw lots of bad reviews of phones 4u. But three weeks ago I bought a very cheap contract which gave me a blakberry storm 2 free. the phone came exactly at time. but unfortunately it was faulty. when I called customer service, they asked me to send the phone back with their return package and in one week i got a BRAND NEW replacement. What ever i asked from customer service through the E mails also replied efficiently. I do not know about others but I am so happy with their service

I found this review not helpful because...out of 70+ reviews, so far seems only 2 ,including this one, think phones4u are good-that speaks volumes!no thanks!
