San Remo, Denton Review

On prevuous occasions we have been extremely pleased with the service and food. For this reason I booked for my daughters birthday last night. The bad service completely ruined the evening and we will not be returning. I suppose the sign in the window asking for kitchen staff is an idicator as to the underlying cause of the poor service. 3 starters were ordered and only 2 arrived - the other one came a good five minutes later when chased. We also had to ask for plates to place the garlic bread on, I waited for so long I ate it off my serviette! We asked to speak to the Manager but he never materialised. The main course did arrive together and was hot and acceptable. The gave us one garlic bread free and 3 cokes to compensate!
