NEXT is a joke. The staff are completely incompetent. I ordered a sofa and the wrong one arrived! I waited in all day for them to come and collect it and they didnt turn up! The correct sofa arrived 3 months later with a broken leg! stupidly I ordered a rug at a later date and again I sat in all day and again it didnt arrive. The response I received from NEXT customer services "we dont expect people to take time off work to wait for a delivery" But when their delivery times are 9-6pm what do they expect!I will never shop there again and I have heard similar responces from friends.
