Great! frankly that sums it up. However you will want to know more than that. Firstly the download is free, secondly it is free to play.

Helbreath (yes that is the correct spelling) is not a new game it has been around for a while. It basically involves creating your own character(s)choosing which side you wish to play for and fighting monsters either alone or in the company of others. If you meet a player from the opposing town then you either die or if lucky manage to run away. If you do die then you are likely to drop something but you can have a sort of insurance against this by carrying a sacrificial "Zem Stone" which are traded amongst the players. You revive immediately back in your home town.

The play is easy, the quests are not stupid or complex, controls are essentially all by mouse barring extra commands.

Think of Runescape then improve on the game 1000% and you have Helbreath Nemesis.

Plenty of people in game will give advice and even help with supplying useful weapons and armour. Of course if you are REALLY lucky a monster might drop you something really good. ;)
