when i first orderd a phone from phones4u, i saw these bad reviews online about them such as people not receving phones, next day delivery is a lie and the phones dont work, well i orderd a samsung tocco lite that comes with 8g memory card online, it came the next day as stated, and it even came with the memory card i have had no problems with the customer services or the phone, everyone comes and makes a bad review it is highly pointless i strongly recommend phones4u :) thank you michael, p.s samsung tocco lite is best touch phone :) i recommend that to everyone much better than the lg cookie that everyone is getting :)

your's sounds like the third good review out of loads of bad ones, so guess you're a 'one-off'. You say people are giving bed reviews and shouldn't-why not? it's a review site! this is the kind of site people want and need to help make their minds up. If this site only let good reviews show it would be doing a fair and good job, would it?
