Moma Jumble Review

How times have changed! Used to be that if you were a busy person and you wanted to save time on the cooking and eating front you could buy ready meals which were indeed time-saving but came with Dead Sea levels of salt and enough saturates to make you arteries give up the ghost on the spot.



Now thanks to a new breed of company you can have convenience food that is not only quick to prepare but is also better for you then some of the stuff you can lovingly make by hand. Innocent are the masters of this with their juices and veg pots that give you nearly all your recommended fruit and veg in one healthy dose. Perfect for lunch.



I have added a new company to my list of food suppliers that make stuff I not only want to eat but that is also good for me! They are called Moma and if you live in London you might have seen their stalls in train stations across the capital.



Moma Jumble make a bunch of different products but the main one I love is called a Jumble. It's not dissimilar to Swiss bircher muesli. Big jumbo oats mixed with live yoghurt and apple juice. It may not sound delicious but believe me it is. I buy it and eat it on the train on the way to work. It's low GI so you stay full until lunchtime and it comes in lots of different flavours including Live Berry and Wild Peach. They are definitely at the premium end of the market price-wise but it works for me as a time saving healthy breakfast snack.
