worst company I have ever used,

the 1st time, i was told my order would be dispatched in around 3 days, phoned 1 week later to be told, the would look into it and it would be dispatched on Friday, 1 week later it was still in depot, eventually i received it,having waited about 2 weeks

their website has been under construction for at least 3 months now, I decided to place an order by phone,always giving people the benefit of the doubt and hoping things would run smoothly this time,

paid by debit card and was told the usual 3 days for delivery,,, after a week i phoned to be told my order had been cancelled, with no explanation given but maybe it was my card details!!!! or i had given a different address!! yea right!!

i will never use Salons Direct Top to Toe Beauty again, they've had their second chance and blown it..
