I did a little research before I had Amber come in and to be fair, if you invite a window salesman in, you know they are going to be there for a while! I literally had to push the Safestlye guy out the door(really!)

Amber Windows are definitely the best made of all the mass market stuff that I saw. Like the rest, they give you loads of "patter" Hold out and you'll get a good deal on some really good windows, but best of all is their 10 year guarantee,EVERYTHING is guaranteed with NO CONDITIONS. most mass marketed window companies have hidden conditions so watch out.

It's always good to know that people aren't to pushy LOL, I'll never buy double glazing products if there is not at least a 10 year guarantee, so I'll consider Amber Windows.
