Belle Vue Apartments Review

Reading the web-site literature about Bellevue, lakes, pools, and proximity to beach, it all seemed great. It was however a very different story on arrival. Our experience was with LOW COST HOLIDAYS.



My family and I arrived on Saturday 22nd August 2009 at the Bellevue Apartments, Alcudia, Mallorca. Our lists of horrible experiences are as follows: Upon arrival we had to queue for ages in total chaos at reception to check in and were given a room number C1 113. Initially we could not find the correct apartment as the complex was so big, (with two hot, tired children and all our luggage), we went to the wrong room 113. We returned to reception to clarify the room number only to be shouted at by the receptionist. That "she explain this 3 times already" in front of everyone.



Once we finally found the apartment, with no help, upon entering:. It stank of damp. The fridge was broken and had leaked all over the kitchen floor. The whole apartment floor was dirty. There was blood on the bed covers and curtains as well as squashed flies.



They agreed to clean it, by 4pm the same day, but arriving back at 6pm it has not been done. We could not get an alternative room as amazingly the place was full!



The beach was a miserable 15 minutes walk away, past burger and pizza restaurants, carrying all the family towels etc.. beach equipment was fairly heavy.



We did find alternative accommodation very close to the beach and no thanks to Bellevue apartments, had a fabulous holiday in a different aparthotel.
