Insure & Go - www.insureandgo.com Review

Pretty much as the negative reviews say Insure and Go Travel Insurance will try and get off paying out for anything. Sent them all the necessary forms and evidence, police reports, receipts etc and yet they say are missing half of them( when sent by recorded delivery all stapled together). They seem to have an inability to actually read anything sent as are requesting things we have sent already such as proof of return date to UK following holiday. Now they want letters off our banks confirming when our cards were cancelled and we informed them of them being stolen. What takes the biscuit is they took two weeks to even reply to our initial claim and when they do they want further information that could have been asked for at the start or requested by email ( they do state they will request any further information by email if needed). Then a week later I get an email from them ( finally) sayingt they are closing the claim as have not heard back from us regarding their request for additional information. So they have two weeks to reply to me but I have a week to get information off third parties and send back to them?!!! They are a disgrace and I will never us ethem again. I will take this matter further but have ended up claiming for the stolen ipod and money on our household insurance as they actually seem to give a damn . I get the feeling Insure and go just want to fob you off with as many excuses as possible.
