This seemed a great idea to have my car serviced and MOT'd while saving money.
However, the service indicator om my Merc was not reset and although the car was given an MOT - with recommendation for work to brakes - I would have liked the work to have been done on the day, thus avoiding another trip to a garage! Subsequent replacement of rear brakes was expensive, but done by a local garage I know well...
I would have liked to know WHO was doing the service prior to them collecting the car. I found out it was place which specialised in commercial vehicles. Not very reassuring when your car relies on specialist care. Consequently, I don't think parts could be originals.
Not the worst experience I've had of car service, but very far from the best, I'm afraid. I couldn't really recommend Prestige Car Servicing, who incidentally don't follow up work with Customer Service surveys. I wonder why......?
