I placed an order to Dubrovnik, Croatia.

From FloraQueen's side everything went smooth, but the following issues were presented:



1) the invoice states a sum higher than the one I payed (the discount code is not seen), and I cannot see the VAT amount paid - so probably some attempts to circumvent spanish fiscal law.



and from the local florist side:



1) The order was confirmed by the florist after 20 hours of posting the order.

Please note that i made the order around 12.00, so plenty of time to acknowledge it during normal business hours.



2) The delivery was scheduled to 'after 13.00' at a major network luxury hotel. Sure, if you consider that 20.30 is after 13.00 then yes, the delivery was on-time. But i was expecting normal business hours.



3) After more than 24 hours of delivery, the local florist has not yet acknowledge that the order has been delivered on FloraQueen's website.



To sum it up.

FloraQueen seems a very legit business, apart from the tax and VAT thing above.

Perhaps they should take more care with their local florists - or even it may be that they don't have a florist in some locations, subcontracting other agencies?



Unlike some users here, i had no issues with payments or being overcharged, and the flowers were beautifully delivered.
