I have the complete range of anolon professional pans and as long as you read the care/cooking instructions they will last years. I use less gas as the flame is turned right down during cooking because they conduct heat so well. I add only a little water to vegetables they almost steam with the lids in place, excellent range, should have bought them years ago.
