Arrived at Pontins today oh my God! It looks like a run down prison and we were not even going to bother checking in. However I decided to take a look at the room it was a club room, basic but clean, the surrouning area was free from litter. The security staff were good, before checking in I tried to take a look and they would not allow me on site prior to checking in so thumbs up to them. After a wander around and seeing the people staying we decided to leave. Say no more ! Rundown and in desperate need of some TLC come on Pontins, had I read these reviews prior to booking (silly me) I would never have booked, take onboard the comments and bring this place up to date a lick of paint at least and a few shrubs to hide the exterior would be a start. Good Luck, I for one will never return.
