“I applied for a loan from Wentworth Direct Finance ”

I applied for a loan from Wentworth Direct Finance Personal Loans to consolidate my monthly out-goings. They telephoned me to say they had found a lender and it would be £116 a month, that's about £250 less I pay out now so thought a gr8 deal and to send £55 brokers fee which I did. I got paperwork, sent payslips plus proof of address took about 2 weeks to hear from them in a text someone will be in touch. I never got the loan I wanted and I'm £55 down on money. I could'nt afford but I had to telephone to find out because no-one phoned me, tried phoning customer service was in a queue of 33 people which would have been charged for ended up putting telephone down.
