Good points: Low price (the cheapest!), excellent service and great communications. After placing my order online, I also received a phone call confirming the order and availability. My fridge freezer had to be ordered direct from manufacturer and was told it would take 10 days on average. The order was placed on a Thursday and got another call the following Tuesday saying delivery could be made that Friday between 10-1pm in London (they are based in Yorkshire!). Delivery was made at 9.30am on the Friday and they brought it in to my house (I don't have any steps from the pavement)! The entire JUAL Domestics Ltd team was helpful through out the entire process from order to delivery. The big electrical companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys!



Bad points: Obviously none from me! I would definitely buy again.
