Its a lil heavy to move around and bulky to store but if you have the room its worth it.
General Comments
I was a lil overweight and got given a lateral thigh trainer as a family member was moving overseas. Decided to do it to burn time more than anything and ended up toning all the problem areas (especially thighs). It definitely works and I recommend to anyone who wants a quick easy workout everyday - almost anyone can spare 20 mins!
