I awaited the print out voucher to be emailed and nothing came. Phoned the Car Rental Abroad company and they said they had sent an email cancelling the booking because they didnt have the car that I had ordered.Clearly nothing had been sent to my email address, which was why I was phoning in the first place, advising that this booking had been cancelled. Very quick to have your credit card details though! No apology. Very disappointed at their customer service.
