Having bought a DD502 drum kit from Stagebeat in Feb 2009, I started to have issues with the cymbal trigger pad which became faulty, this was then sent back and repaired free of charge as you would expect. I then had the same issue with one of the drum trigger pads, again sent pad back and was repaired, I now have a problem with the drum brain module which now switches itself off after a minute or so. Phoned stagebeat, and this time they were not so helpful, spoke to someone there who said to again box the item up and send it to them only now I have to pay the postage which will involve fully insuring the item, and no timescales as to when I will get it back. Really with all these faults the drum kit isn't really fit for purpose but stagebeat were not interested just sadi complain to the supplier!!
