Good Points
the caravan supplied everything that a large family needed, the staff go out of their way to help you, I have read reviews where locals have used the site but not here, the staff will ask for your entertainment passes before allowing you to go in. it was a 100% excellent holiday

General Comments
myself, my husband and my 5 children have just returned from an 8 day holiday at thorness bay, we hired a bronze caravan, it was clean and the bedding was fresh. the site itself is well maintained, grass cut, no rubbish in view etc, the staff are very friendly and the entertainment team for the kids went above and beyond, the little bay that is a nice walk to and is attached to the site, although it has no sand my kids loved it there,
we ate at the bar and the food was nice, basic but well cooked and not over priced. the play area for the kids was great, the kids can play and the parents can sit and have a coffee or beer etc, (costa coffee at the bar charge normal prices) the shop on site stock everything that could be needed although a bit more expensive than a normal shop they was not extreme, we will be returning next year.
