bought this Toshiba Satellite A300-1J1 laptop from Staples back in Sept of last yr(08). Up and till recently was impressed until out of the blue one of my keys came adrift. I contacted Staples who after having it for investigation for several days informed tihat TOSHIBA would not repair this despite it being of no fault of mine. I have owned several laptops previous to this and all off which have been honoured buy their respective warrenty. I cannot believe Toshiba have quoted me in excess of £50 for a replavement pad. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!
Just be careful of toshiba's warrenty conditions
