A week ago I was supposed to recive my check for a second time because first one got lost and they had to cancel it. Still no check or email, nothing. Post office have never ever lost anyt of my stuff and now they have done it twice. I dont think so!! Dont deal with Envirofone!!

we would be more than happy to resolve this issue with you if you call our customers services team (9am -5pm Mon-Fri). More often than not, the reason cheques do not arrive is because the address on the customer account is an old one and hasn't been updated. Please let us know if we can help.
