Good Points
Quality of food
Bad Points
The service was hopeless; I know all the ingredients are cooked fresh, but I didn't account for the staff having to catch & slaughter the live stock first.
General Comments
I have just returned from home having been seated for 3 hours to receive two of the three courses we ordered at The Plum Pudding Brasserie. We were lead to our table at 7.30 & waited until 8.15 before our starter arrived; the incompetent staff asked us if we wanted the desert menu after our starter? The wine we ordered arrived with the main course which seemed an age and to top it all we waited 45 minutes for a desert that never arrived;at this point we asked for the bill paid our dues and left, never to darken the doors again. If I ran my business this way I would deserve to be bankrupt!
