Absolutely appalling. Ordered flowers for a birthday - found out a week later they were never delivered. Chased Interflora and they promised they would be delivered that day with apology chocolates and letter. Turned up a day later with no chocs or letter. When I pointed this out to Interflora they promised to get back to me - a week later I had to chase and they agreed to refund £20 (within 5 business days). Guess what - over a week later and no refund. I can acccept the odd mistake but their service is the worst I have encountered and I would never use them again.
