Bad Points
1/ Once I waited for a painkiller for 45 minutes as the crew was too busy serving paying customers. You will only get a great service if you're buying something of them.
2/ If delayed do not expect to be informed on regular basis. They will leave you happily stranged at any airport.
General Comments
Having a family in Slovakia I used to be a frequent flyer of SkyEurope for few years till they decided to mess up my and my family's holidays few times.
I would certainly NOT recommend to fly with SkyEurope as they are more than likely to change your flight at the last minute. Then it will take months to get your refund. I have been chasing a refund for two cancelled flights since March 2009 and still haven't received my money back!! The customer service is the worst ever. The only way to complain is to write them an email, which they will completely ignor or send them a letter.
