Good Points
The trainers themselves are very good (in my own experience) but the course structure they have to work with is terrible.

Bad Points
Very over subscribed course so several weeks can pass without a training session.

General Comments
I trained with The Instructor College - had to get loads of training elsewhere to get me up to standard. It was very difficult to get training booked in despite the fact I was much more flexible with my availability than most. I qualified but I am certain I would not have done if I had not got around 30 additional hours of training elsewhere to put right what they got wrong.
