Good Points
Stable temperature in the fridge, plenty of space, nice design, easy to use

Bad Points
Manufacturers problems causing breakages, underdeveloped model.
Brilliant after sales service

General Comments
Bought Bosch KGN34V00GB November 2006 arrived slightly damaged an freezer drawer broken. Had it replaced shortly after.
Then appeared defrost problem as ice started to build up in freezer.
I would give 9 points to support services for the standard of the service they deliver.
Had engineer few times first time replaced heating element, than istalled polyesterine isolation plate between fridge and freeze which seem to fix the problem, no problems since, touch wood :)
