Bad Points
To catch my flight back to Berlin, I arrived at the check-IN desk in Amsterdam Shiphol (TRANSAVIA Headquarter airport) exactly 49 minutes before scheduled departure, but I was 1 minute too late to deliver my luggage. I asked for any kind of quick solutioin, like carring myself, leaving it there, calling immediately a courier to ship it to my address or just paying somebody to bring it to the plane, we still had 45 minutes! none of these ones seemed to be allowed and no solution was found: after 10 minutes it was too late even to get on the plane myself and I felt frustrated getting such a poor support. I considered alternative routes calculating time and cost and in the end I had to buy a new ticket for the same company, paying full price even if my flight hadn 't left yet

General Comments
no check-in online with Transavia , same price for baggage and small bags, on -board poor catering and driking offer, extremely tiny space on seats, un-adjustable seat, pre-recorded safety messages and some useless communication were played at a very loud volume and most of the passengers looked harassed by this
