Bad Points
Ordered a TV with a specific daelivery date option (almost £7 extra). tht tv didn't got delivered. I contacted John Lewis and they told me to call the delivery company (which was already closed on that day). Next day, another phone call, still no help. Four days and many phone calls later it turned out the tv got lost somewhere (how can you loose a tv???) so the'll send me a new one. Hopefully I'll get it this time...Not really John Lewis' fault but why do they use such a bad delivery company - HDNL?

john lewis is a good company with a very bad delivery service - using HDNL who simply don't deliver...
