Good Points
cheap, easy to install, great for small office.

Bad Points
Volume control is just too quiet. We are replacing our phones because of this bad feature.

General Comments
The Binatone Activity volume is far too quiet even when turned up to the highest setting. I have to put the call on speaker phone to be able to hear them.
