Kodo Hair Straighteners heat up very quickly. Loved them untill they broke. had them less than a year and they stopped working the red light would'nt come on sent them back took over two months to get a replacement pair and guess what the same thing has just happened to them there seems to be faulty cables on these things problem is im sure its easy fixed if you could get at the part and they wernt cheap at ' 140
