“The staff at London zoo were very helpful and friendly...”

★★★☆☆

Good Points
The snake demonstration in the reptile house and the bugs exhibit were great!

Bad Points
Queues, poor quality food, lack of seating and baby facilities and the price(especially parking)plos the fact that we didnt actually see many animals!

General Comments
The staff at London zoo were very helpful and friendly and everyone loved the chance to touch a snake in the reptile house! The zoo itsself was dissapointing. We didn`t actually see many animals and the layout was poor, which resulted in a lot of walking about without really seeing anything. The tickets were expensive as was the cafe, which was of poor choice and quality. We queued for ages to get tea and coffee and to get the baby`s milk heated. There wasn`t much seating around and as we were with my older in-laws,this was a problem. Please also be aware that if you have a car,you have to park a 5-10 minute walk from the entrance(furthur on a busy day)and parking costs £10 per car..adding this too the ticket price and food, its an expensive day out.
