I ordered a jacket from Phix Clothing months ago and still haven't got it, they refused to answer any e-mails for weeks until i got one reply stating they had dispatched the item...three weeks later still no item and they refuse to answer e-mails or provide a post tracking number as proof of delivery...I have now had to file a county court claim against them... avoid at all costs.
