Good Points
Bought willerby granada new 2007,nice layout comfortable.

Bad Points
Noticed damp patches in double bedroom within 10mts of purchase informed willerby they have sent someone on several occassions this has been going on for 7mths now spread throughout back of van,they took part of roof off and it was soaked all the way through,said it was lack of ventilation now refusing to fix it taking legal action.This has been a nightmare after sale service rubbish.

General Comments
If there is build up of condensation then it is due to manufacturer to have placed more ventilation in back part of caravan,Has spread through twin bedroom no one even slept in there as we are just a couple who use van.Willerby even ordered parts as bed,cuboard.carpets,wall panals,and furnishings damaged to fix it then decided it was not their problem.We have had touring caravans for years no problems this has put us off statics paid all this money for a damp large tin box.
