Good Points
English call centres only, real person on phone, classified searches, will talk to you like a real person!
Bad Points
None - they do what they say - directory enquiries. If a number isnt listed then its down to the business for not listing it.
General Comments
Yell.com advisors do everything they can to get you the number required, searching in every possible method and way they can.
It is also important to note that is is down to the individual business if they are listed or not.
In my experience every time I have phoned I have had a professional on the phone, and 9 times out of 10 got a number.
Fab service, with a personal touch.
