Good Points
The course content is very thorough and the facilities are very good indeed. A lovely setting for learning beauty.

Bad Points
The course work will be marked differently depending on who your tutor is. (sometimes it might even be misplaced of forgotten about) This gives the school a feeling of being unorganised and inconsistent unfortunately.

General Comments
I think the Phoenix School of Health & Beauty could be really very good and the students could have a much nicer time if they got the feeling the tutors were too. Some tutors will inspire you to do better, and others will make you feel as though you need to! !
