Price needs to be paid in full before receipt of car.
V5 Registration form retained for up to 6 months; you appear as second owner.
Could be more proactive in keeping customer advised of progress.

General Comments
I had considerable doubts about buying something of as high value as a new car over the Internet, although I buy smaller items regularly. Especially as the price has to be handed over in full, and cleared, before Buyacar will deliver.
I checked all the web feedback and reviews I could find, and came up with no show-stoppers, no negatives of any real concern, and plenty of positives. I called Buyacar and asked how they can supply so cheaply, and the response was that they buy so many that they get the best price " well, they would say that, wouldn't they. I tried to get a main dealer to match the price, but they couldn't get anywhere near it " said it was much lower than they could buy wholesale! (which seems bizarre, but there it is).
After a month I was given a delivery date of 9 weeks from placing the order " just over the forecast, but good considering Christmas and some down-scaling at the factory.
Then it didn't arrive... This is the only area where I felt let down " Buyacar could have made the effort to keep me informed, though in fairness they were probably kept in the dark by supplier and dealer, as they claimed (delays at the factory).
However, as soon as I called them, they were extremely helpful " provided a new delivery date of 2 weeks later (11 weeks in total, still not bad, considering), and kept me well informed of progress " left the factory, in the docks, etc. And the car arrived on the right date, in pristine condition. They were also flexible about delivery date. And always easy to contact by phone " a major plus these days.
All in all I would have no hesitation in using them again, and wholeheartedly recommend them.
