General Comments
Keeps going wrong, on my third new Garmin 770 in a year. Screen freezes at round about's and when making turns resulting in you end up taking the wrong turning, it is better not to look at the screen and listen to the directions when actually turning. I wish that the new Garmin came with the latest software and map updates because you have to log onto the Garmin web site and download the latest updates. The Garmin takes a very long while to boot up, can wait up to 5 minutes. Another annoying feature is that it gets confused with it's left and rights often saying that the address you want is on the wrong side of the road and sometimes quite away past the address! The post code data base is not as accurate as the Post Office post codes and does not always recognise some post codes. I would not bother with the add on's such as the Good Pub Guide and Marco Polo travel guide because they are so far out of date, I feel that I have wasted my hard earned money! Garmin customer service is fantastic but all I want is for the sat nav to work without problems!
