The system uptime is good. No real major problems
General Comments
www.Streamline.net Customer Service - Very Frustrating. The customer service is poor. They use a system of support tickets which when you reply put you to the bottom of the queue. The first repsonse is always - Can you explain more about the problem. Which means you go to the bottom of the que. If they tried to replicate the problem then they would see it.
