Good Points
lots of functions and can share phonebook to other handsets

Bad Points
Cheap!

General Comments
Not sure I would purchase a BT Verve 500 Twin again if I had to. It has a cheap build quality and buttons in my opinion. Had problem with one handset not registering with the base station.
