Good Points
Works very well, leaving clothes dry as expected and in shorter times than other dryers. If it was still working I'd be delighted.

Bad Points
There's a fault and the customers service has been poor.

General Comments
The Hotpoint VTD65 was a good product till it broke down, then treated poorly I felt. The fault is "clean filter" and won't operate till solved. The company wants to charge £96 for a call out on a £180 product or to buy an extended warranty!

we have same problem...2 months out of warranty
