Great music tracks.
Well presented and easy to understand.
Bad Points
If your over a size 10 or have body image issues you might feel a little out of place as the ladies are "super slim".
General Comments
Great music, fun and well presented. The routine can be a little tricky to get the hang of but you also have the easier option to follow, but it definitely works your body.
