Bad Points
Template pages purchased with software do not appear in software i.e. "A4 CD Labels with core and spine"

After 40 minutes hunting on the internet all I find recommended on the neatos site is to use the template "CDPlus Labels (Basic)". This advice was listed against Ver 4 of the software not Ver 5 as is shipped.

It does not work, I wasted all the labels which shipped with the software attempting to make it do so tweaking all the options like diameter and core diameter etc.

Labels appear to get trimmed in odd places when preparing for printing aswell, it's a total crock this software, not recommented.

General Comments
As an IT consultant of >10 years experience I find this software utterly confusing, unreliable and badly written. I cannot urge people strongly enough to avoid this software.
