Good Points
It started at a good rate.
Bad Points
As the rate slipped I didn't feel I was kept informed. I agree with those who find it difficult to speak to staff about problems. I fear I will have difficulty getting my money transferred out of the ISA to another better paying. I can't afford loyalty as I am unemployed.
General Comments
Because I am unemployed and only occasionally have money to pay in, HSBC have without notice, changed my current account to one with fewer features. This and the lack of information about rate changes for my ISA persuades me that other banks and building societies want my business and savings more than the HSBC does.
It's time to sever a relationship that goes back over 20 years.
