Good Points
Great PC.

Bad Points
Appaling customer Service. Will not refund full price for faulty sub standard items.

General Comments
Completely useless customer service, numerous items missing from the delivery e.g. Driver disks, Monitor supplied was lower specification than the Monitor ordered. Keyboard supplied was faulty despite Computer Planets Quality Control process. When refunds requested for sub standard Monitor and Fault Keyboard, price refunded was considerably less than I was charged to the tune of £60.

Do not deal with this guys and less you are willing to suffer appaling customer service, if you do deal with them make sure you keep a detailed record of the cost breakdown of your order as they are bound to rip you off when issuing credit notes, if my experince is anything to go by. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I found this review helpful because... I'm in the market for a new PC and weighing up all the things i have read on Review Centre i will be steering clear of Computer Planet. Cheers Review Centre - keep up the good work for us consumers.
