Good Points
Fastcarhire gave me a refund after political problems at BKK airport

General Comments
I found fastcarhire responses prompt (within 24hrs incl 10 hr time zone difference) and their advice helpful. After paying a deposit we had to cancel one booking due to the BKK frucus, and Fastcarhire advise we will get a full refund.
