Good Points
None. This used to be a brilliant bank.
Bad Points
Telephone banking its hard to get to speak to a real person it used to be so easy to get things sorted out but not any more costs a fortune in phone bills.
General Comments
We have been with Alliance And Leicester since 1974 when it was girobank, it used to be great could not fault it, but now it makes my blood boil. I get upset at the thought of phoning to even get a balance on the account having being locked out so many times after using pin numbers sent by them to me and then being told they are invalid. I wish they would get their act together. We never had any trouble till this latest takeover. I suppose its called progress! would have reccomended in passed but not anymore.
