General Comments
I ordered a wallet as a present with a good few days to spare between estimated delivery and the date I actually needed it for, however instead of a men ' s wallet I was sent a size 6 women ' s vest top! (I don't think my brother would appreciate that as present somehow) The wrong item arrived two days before I needed the wallet so I'd hope I could phone up ASOS to get the correct item shipped ASAP & therefore still have it in time, unfortunately though they do not accept phone calls so I had to email customer services and did not receive a reply until the following day! (If they don't offer a phone number they could at least be a bit more prompt in responding to emails!). In the email it stated that I would first have to return the incorrect item and then they would ship the right item to me within 3 days of receipt (and the postage label supplied for the return was second class) - therefore meaning a further 5 working day wait before finally getting the wallet I ordered (which means it'll arrive about a week after I need it)! Further on in the email it stated that they could not reserve the correct item for me so they would only be able to ship it if stock was still available once they had received the incorrect item back. Personally I find it ridiculous that they can't reserve an item for me which I ordered and paid for 4 days ago! I am VERY unimpressed with the service and certainly won't be using ASOS again in the future.
