Normally no problems but occasional server outages with no warning or explanation .... until today that is

Server outage, not able to contact them, no response to emails
General Comments
We've been a customer of adept for a couple of years and once we were up and running had little reason to contact them. We have experience occasional short server outages but until now everything was up and running before we had time to get worried. But not today .... we have had no access to our domain, either website or control panel, or email since early this morning. The phone number on the website goes directly to a fax machine, no response to support request and no response to emails. Losing faith now .... want my domain back. If they don't contact us soon, apart from going mad, we will be moving providers
